Return/Exchange & Shipping Policy

Overview

1) If the product is not in a good condition and it is damaged, then the product will not be considered for return it will only fall in the criteria for exchange.

2) The designs for your printing will be the company’s choice and responsible when it comes to copyright of the logo designs or image. It will not be under the responsibility of the printing manufacturers.

3) If your require designing from us additionally to printing of the orders then the designing part will be costing separately.

4) The bulk orders or any nearby orders will be delivered free of charge and any other order will be charged according to the location and quantity of the order.

5) Our team will first create a sample product and get it approved only then we will move to the next step. The sample making process along with shipping will be chargeable in some cases.

6) It is the responsibility of the customer to send the file in proper format and not in blue or low resolution. Otherwise they can ask our team to design their products which will be chargeable.

7) Same day shipping is only available in the nearby locations.

8) The shipping will take upto a week which will be excluding the holidays and festivals.

9) Before the printing process starts the customer have to pay 50% advanced payment and the rest 50% payment have to be done after completion of the order and before delivery.

10) If the customer approves the sample and then denies it later with any reason including not liking the product or that they don’t want the products, when the product delivered is same as the sample. Then it is the duty of the customer to pay the full amount of the order and it will be not our responsibility.
